Little Tin Bird

Today I have been in Leeds. We drove up to Bradford last night and then this morning I got the train from Shipley to Leeds, wandered round Leeds for two hours, had a one hour meeting and missed my train home by minutes, sat/wandered around Leeds for another hour and then took a three hour train ride to get back home (changing trains at Birmingham) where my Grandma picked me up and I went to her house for tea because I had missed our usual outing this morning.

So I’m actually shattered.

I also want to show you this…

… which I made the other day. It’s Lucy’s Summer Garden Granny Square but doubled! Chain 6 to start as there isn’t enough room on a 4 chain, and then just double the quantities of all of the stitches. I even blocked it! I’m really really pleased with it, I think it’s really pretty. I’m not sure what I’m going to do with it, but it was a fun experiment and I like the edging.

I really need to go to bed. zzzzzzz.

Littletinbird.co.uk moved house to a new server at the weekend as the one it was previously on was having some reliability issues that we weren’t happy with. I’m sorry if any of your comments got lost, and I’ve just seen that there are some I need to reply to because during the move nothing got emailed to me. I think there was quite a lot of downtime so sorry if you got a blank page this weekend. It should be working ok now.
