Having my family visit is the absolute best. Happy happy happy happy! They leave tomorrow, but then my mum is coming back in two weeks time for five whole days. Amazing!
p.s TTB thinks that ducks should be regarded with deepest suspicion.

Having family visit is always great Heather, and it’s lovely that your mum is coming back to visit for 5 days. TTB will certainly be hooing and “chattering”. I’m laughing at his being suspicious of ducks at the moment, probably won’t last long.

I was the same as TTB about ducks until I was at least 6 years old – even now I find myself wondering what the attraction is. Really pleased for you that have so many opportunities to see your family even though they live so far away.
